To celebrate the end of summer, I give to you…the Peachgrass Oxymel! 🍑 I might be biased, but this is one of my all time favorite oxymels. It tastes like a peach pie with vanilla ice cream! The peaches are from Yellowbird Foodshed, the chamomile and sweetgrass were grown in my garden!

Ingredients:
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar*, Local Ohio Honey*, Peaches*, Chamomile*, Sweetgrass*
*organic and/or foraged or from my garden
How To Use:
Use in sparkling water to add a refreshing flavor, take a shot of it straight, use it as a salad dressing or marinade.
